My Favourite All-Purpose Spice Mix

Instead of a cluttered cabinet full of expired spices I’ll never use again, I buy the following in bulk to regularly make a large batch of my favourite all-purpose spice mix:
I use this all-purpose spice mix in a variety of recipes such as these:
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct heat and light. A 500ml jar fits one batch perfectly, but I actually love to double or even tripple this because I use it so much I like to avoid having to make it as much as I can. It keeps well for up to six months, though in my experience it never lasts that long. I use one of these storage containers to store either 1 or up to 3 batches at once.
